I have been baking wedding and specialty cakes for over 25 years, offering a variety of cake designs and flavors. All cakes are iced in homemade buttercream. I do use fondant for fancy bows, flowers and edible drapes.

 

I am a one person operation, so I will be the one baking, icing, delivering and setting up your wedding cake.
